LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Publisher assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any submitted (camera ready advertising. In any case, publisher will not be responsible for errors in copy above and beyond the actual value of space occupied by erroneous copy. In the event of errors to prices, publisher agrees to submit a letter of correction to be posted in the business establishment concerned, but cannot be financially liable for any amount where items are sold at incorrect prices.
CANCELLATIONS
There will be no cancellations accepted after the space deadline. In the event the publisher has not received notice of cancellation prior to the space deadline, advertiser is responsible for any fees or charges related to advertisement and publisher may insert the most recent advertisement that has been published.
PAYMENTS
All accounts are due by the 10th of the month following publication. All rates are net cash with order until credit has been approved.
PLACEMENT AND CREDIT TERMS
Placement of advertising is at the sole discretion of the publisher.
COMMISSIONS
Recognized advertising agencies are allowed the customary 15 percent agency commission on gross national rates only. In these cases, the agency is responsible for payment of all charges for advertising correctly authorized and published
